Sidekick Plumbing was started in 2023 by James 'Jimmy' Shopp, a New Jersey Master Plumber, with a simple goal: be the plumber you'd actually want to call back.
Plumbing has a reputation problem — pushy upsells, mystery hourly rates, junior helpers sent in without enough support. We do it differently. Sidekick is a licensed local plumbing company with call-by-call field management from James Shopp. Every quote is fixed before we start. And every customer's home gets the same care we'd put into our own.
We're based right on Madison Ave in Morristown. We live in Morris County. The customers we serve are also our neighbors — and we plan to be here for the long haul.
