Online booking requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by us. Any online or phone discussion of pricing is preliminary unless provided as a written estimate or invoice. Final pricing may depend on site conditions, parts, code requirements, permits, access, and the actual scope of work found on-site.
You agree to provide accurate contact, property, and service information; confirm that you are authorized to request work at the property; provide reasonable access to the work area; secure pets and valuables; and tell us about known hazards, access limitations, or relevant property conditions.
Payment terms are stated on the applicable estimate, invoice, or written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when services are completed or according to the invoice terms. Late, failed, or disputed payments may result in collection activity as permitted by law.

We perform work consistent with applicable plumbing codes and licensing requirements. Permit requirements and inspection timelines vary by municipality. Any workmanship warranty, manufacturer warranty, or limitation will be stated on the applicable written estimate, invoice, or agreement.
